Impact Testing Machine
Impact Testing Machine is designed to measure a material's resistance to sudden shock loads, helping evaluate toughness, strength, and durability.
Every test matters
we provide advanced universal testing machines
From R&D to quality control, from aerospace to academia, from high strength steels to elastomers, no matter the zoner, HANSA produces and supplies high quality testing equipment to meet modern day quality demands.
Pendulum Impact Testing Machine
This machine is mainly used to test the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loads. It is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing and other units, and also an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research units conducting new material research.
-
The impact knife is fixed by screw installation, which is simple and convenient to replace; Equipped with safety pins and safety nets; Microcomputer-controlled to complete the entire process of picking up the pendulum, impact, automatic lifting of the pendulum, and multiple re-impact tests as instructed.
Table Top Impact Testing Machine
This testing machine is mainly used for determining the impact toughness of non- metallic materials such as rigid plastics (including plates, pipes, plastic profiles), reinforced nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramics, cast stone, and electrical insulating materials. It is widely applied in chemical industry, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, quality inspection departments and other sectors.
Principle:
A pendulum with known energy strikes the test sample supported as a horizontal beam, and the sample is broken by a single impact of the pendulum. The impact line is located in the middle of the two supports. The energy absorbed by the sample during fracture is determined by the energy difference of the pendulum before and after the impact. Then the impact strength is calculated according to the original cross-sectional area of the sample.
This series of impact testing machines adopts electronic display of test results, which makes thereading more intuitive and improves the precision and accuracy of the impact machine.
The rotary encoder circular grating angle measurement technology is adopted, which has theadvantages of high precision, good stability and large measurement range.
The swing arm is made of new carbon fiber material, which is stronger than steel and lighter than aluminum.
