HTE Series
Series Servo Electric Mechanical Universal/Fatigue Testing Machine
Every test matters
we provide advanced universal testing machines
From R&D to quality control, from aerospace to academia, from high strength steels to elastomers, no matter the zoner, HANSA produces and supplies high quality testing equipment to meet modern day quality demands.
Transforming Material Testing Technologies to meet modern day needs
This series of testing machines are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with relevant ASTM and ISO standard requirements for fatigue life testing and static testing of components.
They are widely used for tensile and compressive fatigue performance testing of various Aerospace, Defence, 3D Printedmaterials welded parts, connecting parts, components andothermetal andnon-metalmaterialsamples.
The entire cycle of the test is automatically completed by microcomputer control and the test report can be printed.
The user can adjust the test program as needed during use, and the operation is extremely convenient.
It can replace imported products of the same type and is the first choice for manufacturers and users in colleges and universities, research institutions, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, quality inspection institutions, etc.
-
Fatigue control mode 1: constant deformation fatigue test, force-time curve, deformation amplitude-frequency curve, sine wave curve
Fatigue control Mode 2: Constant force fatigue test, with deformation-time curve, force amplitude-frequency curve, sine wave curve
Fatigue control mode 3: Programmed control mode, test steps are defined according to actual requirements, and T-wave tests can be conducted
The software supports 30Hz test frequency. The actual frequency varies according to the deformation of the specimen. Generally, the frequency will decrease when the deformation is large!
The acquisition frequency supports real-time acquisition at 20kHz.
Determine whether a material sample is qualified by detecting the number of uses or the degree of force attenuation ofthe material sample.
During the test, if the test is broken or the force decays to the set value, the machine will automatically shut down. If the testis not completed on the first day, it can be continued on the second day, and so on.
Standards:
ASTM E466 – Axial Fatigue Tests of Metallic Materials
ASTM E399 – Fracture Toughness Testing Standard
ASTM E1820 – Fracture Toughness Measurement Standard ASTM E8 / ASTM E8M, ASTM A370, ASTM D790
ISO 7500-1 – Verification of Static Uniaxial Testing Machines
