Computer-Controlled Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine

Horizontal Testing Machine is engineered for accurate tensile testing of long specimens such as cables, chains, rods, and structural components.

Every test matters
we provide advanced universal testing machines

From R&D to quality control, from aerospace to academia, from high strength steels to elastomers, no matter the zoner, HANSA produces and supplies high quality testing equipment to meet modern day quality demands.

Transforming Material Testing Technologies to meet modern day needs

This 1000kN computer-controlled horizontal tensile testing machine is a high precision instrument for tensile tests on conductors, steel wire ropes, electric power fittings, safety belts, porcelain insulators, composite insulators, fasteners, structural parts, and other specimens.

With corresponding fixtures, the machine can perform static mechanical property tests and analysis on metallic and non-metallic (including composite) materials, including tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, load holding, and cyclic loading.

It features three closed-loop control modes: force, strain, and displacement. It automatically calculates the maximum test force, breaking force, upper and lower yield points, yield strength, tensile strength, and can determine elongation stress, elongation, elastic modulus, and other parameters as required.

It also performs specified elongation stress and specified stress elongation tests, and can

print test reports with curves and all parameters at any time.

Functions: Overload protection, emergency stop, automatic data acquisition & calculation,

online display, storage, deletion, printing, graphing, auto-scaling, test report generation

Calculations: Initial modulus, final modulus, tensile strength, upper/lower yield strength,

elongation at max. force, etc.

Safety: Limit protection, overload protection, buckling prevention device

Reliability: Stable performance, failure rate ≤0.5%

Ambient Operation: 0°C–45°C, humidity 60%–90%

Continuous Operation: ≥30 hours

Maintainability: Good serviceability, easy maintenance

Fixed End Tailstock: Manual fine-tuning mechanism for easy specimen loading/unloading

Structural Analysis: Mechanical analysis of jaw housing and overall frame to ensure stability and rigidityStructural Analysis: Mechanical analysis of jaw housing and overall frame to ensure stability and rigidityStructural Analysis: Mechanical analysis of jaw housing and overall frame to ensure stability and rigidity
