300KN Hydraulic Compression / Flexural Test Machine

  • Measurement and Control System, Operating Software,
    and Data Processing System
    Adopting advanced chip integration technology and a professionally designed data acquisition and amplification system, it features high integration, stability, reliability, and ease of use. The control software can real-time display test parameters including test force, peak test force, time interval, and test force-time curve. After the test, data processing, storage, and printing of test results can be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards. It also has functions of data recording and simulated reproduction of the test process, as well as supporting long-term constant pressure tests on samples.
    (2) Microcomputer System
    A Lenovo brand microcomputer (including host machine, 19-inch LCD monitor, standard keyboard and mouse, and large-capacity hard disk) is used as the main unit to complete functions such as test setup, data acquisition, arithmetic processing, and display/printing of test results. It is equipped with a dedicated intelligent testing software package (both Chinese and English versions) for testing machines, which can measure and judge various performance parameters of various material tests according to national standards, international standards, or user-provided standards, and conduct statistical analysis and processing of data. It then outputs test reports and test curves in various required formats.

    The equipment is equipped with multiple protection functions including mechanical limit protection, automatic shutdown protection against overload, automatic power-off  protection against over current and leakage, and emergency stop switch.
